Hello from San Antonio,
New to this board but post on another. Been smoking for a long time and compete when my time and schedule allow.
I’ve got a trailer smoker, a custom back yard smoker that I call La Sanca, two Webber kettles, a cabnet smoker that I use for cold smoking and just built a UDS.
