Hello. My name is Dave, I am fairly new to the smoking process. I bought an older Brinkmann smoker this past spring and have used it a few times, tried a few different meats. So far the family is still allowing me to use the smoker and no one has got sick yet so I will say I'm doing an ok job. I look forward to reading post and learning new things.
