Yay, finally a place to find "everything about smoking, but was afraid to ask"!  

I'm a born and bred Texan. Not going to say how old I am...but I do have memory of JFK and the Beatles, lol.  I love bbq as much as I do CFS (chicken fried steak)-in Tx those two things ARE food groups!  I hope to learn much and cook a LOT of meat!  I even have the husband looking at new smokers--after all, he will get to use it come deer season.
