hello im new to the site and long time smoker. thinking about starting a catering bis. if any one can give some advice. it will be grately needed.

Welcome to the SMF. On the catering, labor will be your number 1 problem. Never skimp on quality to get a gig. Let someone else be the cheapest. Build your reputation on the quality of the food and your customer service.
