New to the PIT

Hello to all smokers this is my first time to the site very cool idea. Now my question is on feather bones, time temp any body got any pointers on smoking them, Thanks.

I've never smoked them. I boil them until tender then grill with Cookies BBQ sauce.

Feather Bones are the Chine Bones off a Prime Rib Roast or the smallest ribs end ribs of a Spare of Loin Rib Rack. Both are called Feather Bones. Some people refer to them as Niblets.

Chine bones are the bones that are on topside of the back bone. When a beef or hog is properly split in half lengthwise, these bones resemble feathers.
