New to the hobby and fun

Hi,

I'm Stacey, I live in Alexandria Mn and recently took a 3 day crash course on making sausage and smoking at the North Folk House in Grand Marais, Mn and had a blast.  So my husband bought me a Master built smoker.  Just did a small chicken the other day and it came out pretty good.  I found this site and felt it would be a great resource for me as I tend to 2nd guess myself with new hobbies.  I want to do short ribs next.  Saw several good recipes for them now I need to decide.  Looking forward to the newsletters and ideas.
