Hey everyone,
I am from NC and new to the group. I just purchased my smoker based on a lot of the reviews here. I have been grilling for many years and decided it was time to try smoke. Not to mention I had about $200 in amazon gift cards burning a hole in my pocket.
My goal is a brisket for Christmas but going to try some pork of the next week of so.
