Got my master built two door smoker for x-mas I wish I would of looked here first just smoked pork roast what I thought at. 200 to 250 for 4 hrs temp gauge very wrong it's in the oven now from Columbus Ohio

Welcome to the group!  Congrats on that new Masterbuilt!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
