I want to start off with a bang, what are some really good flavor enriching pellets

I'm a hickory or pEcan sort of guy.
Been into Lumber Jack brand for a while for overall value.
I may get a small package of Cooking Pellets next time if I can find a discount code.

I use Lumberjack pellets, Apple for pork and Chicken and Mesquite for beef. I also have used BBQ delight pellets and found them to be excellent as well just twice the price of Lumberjack

I tried Lumber Jack pellets last summer and have never looked back. Easy to use and fantastic flavor.

Hi there and welcome!
If you are using a pellet smoker/grill I would say buy the most inexpensive pellets you can buy for fuel like Pit Boss Competition Blend (at walmart, lowes, and many stores cheap).
Then get the extendable A-Maze-N Pellet Smoker (AMNPS) Tube for the REAL smoke flavor and use Lumberjack or some other brand that gives you 100% of the pellet listed on the bag or clearly calls out the pellet blend.

FYI, almost all pellet brands blend their pellets with a cheaper more readily available wood pellet along with the wood they put on the bag. So if you buy a Pit Boss or Camp Cheff "Apple" bag of pellets you are likely getting 25-30% Apple and the rest is going to be Alder or Oak or something easy and less expensive for the company to get.... If i want to smoke with Apple I want 100% apple and that is how Lumberjack rolls.
If i wnat blends I have a variety of 100% Lumberjack pellets that I use to make my own blends OR I intentionally buy a blend.

Lumberjack is fantastic and you can order from Dick's Sporting Goods online and they will deliver to the store for pick up if you can't find it locally.

I hope this info helps!
