Hello,

Newbie here, looking to get more serious about smoking.  Currently smoke using my gas grill but want to upgrade to a Reverse Flow Offset Smoker.  Like the Lang smokers but the cost with shipping it a bit high to ship to Western New York.  Anybody know of good smokers that aren't' built in the south?

Can't help with regional smoker sources but welcome to the site from Sennett, NY.  Where in WNY are you?

Welcome to SMF!

Instead of going from a gas grill to a Lang.

Why not try a WSM. It's a solid smoker & you see them on the BBQ circuit. The 22.5 is plenty big for most people.

I'm up in Burt, NY.  Have a local Meadow Creek dealer but they are very expensive.  As much as a Lang with the shipping.

Welcome QQ

If you lived closer I'd give you a few names of builders....  Good luck! b

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a nice sunny and cool day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
