Hello everyone. I am new to the forum. I currently reside in the sunny state of Florida. I purchased my first smoker last year (propane). I was really excited to get into bbq-ing but quickly found out that using a propane smoker took alot of work. I decided to remove the propane cooker, seal up the bottom with some sheet metal and add two 500 watt burners. Since then It has been really easy maintaining temps. I recently decided to start a fridge build. I tracked down a 1956 GE DE LUXE and went to work. I am still in the process of completing it, and have a pretty good plan on the fabrication part. I am in need of help with the electronics and the components needed. From what I have heard this is the place to get the best help available. Any one willing to help me out I would be greatly appreciated.
