I'm in the process of building my new smoker since my last one got destroyed in a big storm when a tree fell on it. Last one was a just a big ole grill that i did lots of indirect cooking on. This one is actually gonna be a "Reverse Flow" smoker out of a 100 pound vertical propane tank that will be laid on its side. I have already purged the tank and cut the door out and welded the hinges and handle on it. Still have a long ways to go yet but thats the excitement of building them.
