I am new to smoking meats and am starting out with a new Charbroil American Gourmet Delux offset smoker. I have some apple and cherry wood being sent to me for my smoking wood and will probably smoke pork and poultry more than anything. I love to grill and according to everyone who has tried anything I grill I am very good at it. SO I guess I am asking for equipment tips, brining tips and some begginer smoking tips. Thanks
