I stumbled on to this site while researching smoking recipes and other information. I was impressed enough to join. I am not a member of many forums but I am looking forward to my experience here.

I just bought a Master-built 40i" electric smoker with the cold smoker attachment. I haven't had a chance to use it yet as it is a gift for Father's Day!

I hale from the great State of Texas where smoked brisket is king!

cats49er, no I'm afraid not. I am a huge race fan and growing up I used to watch Speed Racer! That's the reason for the nick name.
