New To Smoking!

Hi All,

My name is Tyler.
I live in Grimsby, Ontario, Canada and have just started with the world of smoking.
I bought a MES30 smoker for myself for Fathers Day, so am pretty green.
I've tried a spatchcock chicken and chicken wings which both turned out pretty well.
After reading through the various forums here as well as Jeff's book, I'm working my way up the difficulty ladder slowly but surely.

The info here has been really helpful.
