New to smoking.

Hello everyone. As the title says i'm new to smoking. I recently purchased an Oklahoma Joe highland smoker. Before assembly I wanted to do a search on any tips or modifications anyone has done to this particular smoker and why. Well i'm off to search. Feel free to point me in the right direction. Welcome from SC. It's really good to have you here on this great site. Go to the smoker section and find your particular brand and model. Then you will find a number of sites that will guide you to mods.
