new to smoking

Hello all
My name is Tony and this is my first smoker,its a mes30 and so far I've done 3 briskets and a few ribs. Right now I'm smoking some wings for tonight. Can't wait!!!! I've used this forum for some great recipes and thought I would check in.

Hi all just finishing up my smoke house .got a question about what to do about inside.don't want pine smell to leave odor in meat when I'm curing.do I paint? Thanks
