Wow...where to start. I guess it would be helpful to know what kind of smoker you have and what kind of meats you like to eat. Then people can offer some suggestions.

Bought the treager jr elite pellet fed. Basically not too picky on meats. Defiantly wanna try ribs tri tips and basic stuff ( burgers chicken corn).
