Unfortunately i have no advice for you, but maybe you could help me out?

I literally purchased the same Bradley 4 rack smoker yesterday and planning on using it Friday. I plan on doing 2 racks of ribs, a small shoulder of pork and maybe some chicken.

Would be interested to know how yours turned out. was it clean sailing? set and forget? did the temps fluctuate much when you opened the door and struggle to get up to temp etc?

Also, what were your timings like, in terms of putting the chicken on later than the ribs?
