Hello I'm new to all this smoking meat stuff I have only smoked a few things pork ribs chicken and beef ribs all turned out great but I know it can be better I have an old brinkmann gourmet electric smoker that my dad had put up in the barn for years works great going to smoke a pork tenderloin today so any way got to get started have a great day y'all
