New to smoking

Hello All,

Told the wife I wanted to try smoking some ribs and got a Masterbuilt offset charcoal smoker for Fathers Day.

A little overwhelmed by all the mods I have been reading about.

On vacation next week so I will be expected to smoke some ribs.

Just make sure to put a good temp gauge in your smoker/bbqer and you will have a good start.
