Avid food consumer from beautiful Minnesota. Love the Vikings and the Wild and all things food. I recently purchased a mes30 and have done a pork loin that the family devoured. Can't wait to do chickens this weekend and a porkbutt and ribs and salmon and apples and the list goes on and on. Love the forum and feedback given by everyone. Hope to be giving my own soon enough!
