New to smoking meat forums!

Hello everyone, My name is Curtis and I am from Vancouver Island B.C. Canada. I was given an 18.5" weber smokey mountain for christmas and have not stopped smoking since I got it! Its an amazing hobby and i mean why not make all your food taste 10 X better right? I cant wait to really get into it, and I am looking forward to having a forum like this that I can learn and get helpful advice from!
