My name is Ray and I have been charcoal grilling for several years now and recently decided to try smoking and BBQ'ing. I have an Old Country Over Under BBQ Pit that I purchased from Academy and love to feed that thing wood while it smokes up some great food for the week. So far I have done many chickens in the past month and several Fatties, which I did not know about until I starting lurking around on this forum. Lots of great information and recipes. Happy smoking and BBQ'ing.

Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a pretty nice day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
