Hi Everyone,
Wes in Columbus, Ohio. Moved to Columbus a couple of years ago. Married with two dogs. Love BBQ and wasn't have much luck finding a consistently delicious BBQ joint around. Decided to give it a try myself. Started with a Charbroil Electric smoker. Still just a beginner. Trying to soak up as much knowledge and technique as possible. Love football and all things Cleveland sports....even the Browns.
