Hello everyone. Im fairly new to smoking. First time trying it myself. I have a masterbuilt duel fuel upright smoker. Tried ribs and chicken so far. Came out great. Ribs could have went longer to make them fall off ghe bone, but all in all not bad. Going to be doing 3 boneless pork loins later today for a cookout tomorrow. And some ribs and chicken for tonight. But hope i learn some stuff.
