Howdy y'all, my name is Josh and I've just recently (since the 4th of July) got a kettle grill and have been grilling almost every weekend since. I have a 18" grill that I got from a grocery store, it was on sale. So far I have grilled burgers, carne Asada and ribeyes and patatoes.
So far everything has turned out great, aside from one side of my ribeyes being over cooked a little, ha-ha.
I plan on getting a nice Weber 22.5 at some point, but for now i plan to use the grill I have.
I want to learn to smoke, using the kettle.
I hope to get to know some of y'all.

Thanks for the welcome.
I'm looking forward to getting to know some of y'all.
I actually went to a BBQ joint in Hendersonville NC, I got the brisket, which was great. But it was funny, cause I was asking the guy running the counter questions, ha-ha. I had thought about asking for a tour of the kitchen, ha-ha.
Thanks,
Josh.
