New to Smokin

Hi all, I'm from central Pennsylvania. I just got my new Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. Never smoked anything before but I love smoked foods. I figured that this would be a great forum to learn about the do's and don'ts. I can't wait to give it a try.

This is the best site on the net for learning about smoking.

Go to electric smokers in the forums and read up on the MES.

The members of SMF have done many years of trail and error and have found that masterbuilts instructions aren't the best way to do things.

 If you have questions that aren't answered in that forum just ask.
