New to SMF

Hi my name is jestin. I live in southern New Mexico but from Texas. I have a Oklahoma Joes longhorn smoker with mods. Ive been smoking for a couple of years. My favorite meat to smoke is brisket but im always down to cook anything. Just give me a reason to start the smoker.

Welcome to the forum!  I don't even need a reason to start the smoker,  just waking up is enough.
