I smoke the basics up in Maine. Last smoke was an eight pound brisket way back in late September. Been a real long winter this year and I cannot wait to get out and try my Brinkmann Trailmaster. I bought that to replace a 14 year old New Braunfels. I am following a thread here at SMF about modifying the BTM to get better results. I will have that done before the snow melts.

Hello and welcome you will really enjoy this site, be sure and post pictures of your next smoke.

It will be good to have another experienced smoker in the forums. I look forward to your posts.
