New to SMF

Hello, I was looking on the web for a turkey breast rub and found this forum. Wow.... What a great place to expand my interest and knowledge in smoking and curing meats. I am from central IL and cant wait to dig in to all this and try something new. I will be smoking a bone in turkey breast and some baby backs this weekend. I got alot of info just browsing the threads on this. Cant wait.
