New to SMF

Hello my name is Shawn. I am fairly new to smoking only started about a year ago, but I love it... I have a 30" master built electric smoker. For Xmas I tried the turkey breast after brining it and I have to say it was a huge success... So I am now reading up and trying to learn everything I can, and will be getting the rub and sauce recipe from Jeff for sure this is a great site....
