New to SMF

Just a quick hello to you all. I am new to SMF but not the art of smokin! Got my new smoker makin my first batch of smoked salmon and chicken thighs in it as I type. I currently have a Webber 22" bbq, a Webber Silver C gas grill, Charbroil offset smoker customized to my needs and just bought a Smoke Hollow Deluxe vertical gas smoker this morning, cured it let it cool and then put it to work. I'll upload pics of the finished salmon later tonight.

and its all gone not one scrap left. Thank god I have more in the freezer firming up to be cut and brined! Needless to say my kids LOVE smoked salmon!
