New to SMF

Hey all!

I am new to SMF.

Spent few hours doing some topic research yesterday and thought I might as well join and get plugged-in to the vast knowledge base on this forum. You guys are awesome!

I just purchased a Chargriller Pro Deluxe with the SFB and am eager to get started. I am a long-time gas-griller but a complete newb at smoking. According to lots of other from the forum, a few basic mods and this thing could do well for years.

Started a thread earlier on helps/suggestions on how to 'season' my beast, but had 'delayed-intelligence' and realized there had to be others who asked about this before me! ha-ha...sorry about that!
