New to SMF

Just thought I would stop by and say hi.  I am from Texas and have been smoking for a little while.  Mostly just briskets and turkeys, but I have found some really good recipes on here.  I currently have a New Braunfels smoker, but would like to build a smokehouse in the near future.  Looking forward to some good times.
