New to SMF from Spring, Texas

Hello, I am new to the forum, but not a stranger to smoking meat.

I discovered the forum as I shopped for a pellet smoker.

I purchased a Myron Mixon Pitmaster Q3 24" square style pellet smoker.

I have been the family pit master for years and I am thrilled with the information and knowledge shared on this forum.

Believe or not I am really getting used to this set it and forget it smoking method from my pellet smoker.

Happy to be a part of SMF.
