My name is Mike and I'm new to the forum and relatively new to smoking. I've been smoking for several years on a Brinkmann traditional offset. I just purchased a Lang 36 Hybrid Deluxe and couldn't be more satisfied. I cook mainly for family and some local family/ friends gatherings.
I'm really interested in improving my ribs and chicken. With my new smoker I feel empowered to take my cooking to the next level.
Aside from smoking, I'm passionate about my Pittsburgh Steelers and video editing / production. I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone.
