My name is Scott, I live in Peoria, IL. I've smoked a few things but am still pretty new to the game. So far I have only tried pork butts and ribs, but it's been good enough to hook me! I had been using a Masterbuilt electric vertical smoker that had been given to me and am currently using a newer model of the same unit. Look forward to getting to know some people and gain new insights through the forums!
