Hello Everyone,

My name is Jim and I am from Pennsylvania. A friend recently sparked an interest in smoking meat at home. Consequently, I purchased an electric smoker to dabble in this fine art. I wanted to buy American, and really didn;t know where to start. I found a company called Smokin-it. I purchased their Model #1, and that will be my most casualty producing weapon for the time being, and hopefully for many years to come.

I grill as often as time permits. I also dabble in home brewing and home wine making. I guess I am slowly growing fond of learining to make my own stuff.

Looking forward to learning alot from all of you.

Thanks, S2K9K. I have updated my profile. Also, I was sniffing around on the site about the e-course. It sounds like a good gig and has some flexibility. There are a few methods available to recieve it.
