I smoke on a weber kettle, new to smoking can't get enough of it, want to smoke every day! Live in South Dakota.......

You have a good one that no one should live without with your Weber kettle... even if you purchase other smokers in the future always keep the kettle, they are just so handy!
 
Thank you, I look forward to learning more and more about smoking. I purchased a smokeanator 1000? Does anyone else have one, I tried it for the first time and I had a hard time controlling the temp, I actually had an easier time doing the minion method...... Any pointers?
 
looking at a backwoods smoker...... anyone have one got any feed back? anything would be helpful....... thanks again.
