New to site with a couple questions!!!!

Hello, 

My name is Eric and im new to this site, im down here in south Louisiana and was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for a digital thermometer for my Masterbuilt Pro Dual smoker, also I heard I should add a gasket any takers on this one?  Take care.

  I have used the accue rite brand of thermos  from acadamey  sports w/ good success.

 I dont know about the gasket. never used that smoker. but if it leaks you can use high temp silicon to make a gasket. If you need to do that i can help you w/ how.

I bought a master forge side table thermometer today that seemed like a good deal gona try it out.
