New to site, New to smoking

Good morning,

I'm from Saginaw, TX (North Ft. Worth). I've had one of the smaller water smokers for a while now but am just now getting around to learning how to use it. I was searching the web for info this morning and came across this site, I've learned more in an hour sitting here than I have in the 2 years I've had the smoker. I've just started real estate full time so being able to make my own schedule will allow for some good quality smoking time when working from my home office! I just hope clients understand "I gotta feed my smoker and then I can meet you".

Welcome to the forums!  You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
