I recently got an early Christmas present after the door fell off my old Bradley smoker while smoking ribs. I've taken the pellet smoker plunge and got a Pit Boss 5.5 vertical pellet smoker. Ran it through the paces with Cornish game hens. I'm sold so far, but definitely going to be a learning curve. Hoping to use this forum for helpful info on pellet smoking.

Welcome Aboard from Wisconsin!

I have to admit I'd rather own a pellet smoker then a bradley puck shooter ;)

I'm new to the forum but have been grilling and smoking for years. I have a ten lb butt on my chargrill offset right now rolling hickory and mesquite.

Welcome to the site, happy to have you join the fun.
