New to forum

Hello from Atlanta!  I've been smoking for a some time now and absolutely love it. I use a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker and a Webber Kettle.  I am a caterer and primarily smoke butts and chickens for others; brisket for me (still trying to perfect this one).  Cant wait to read what others are doing in the great world of smoke.
