Hello all, I am new to smoking. I bought  Masterbuilt Pro dual fuel smoker a couple weeks ago. I am in Harrisburg PA and the weather has been kind of cold but I have smoked a couple things so far. I have done pulled pork, beer can chicken, ribs and today I am working on some jerkey. My best so far was the chicken but all have been good.

It appears you are not too far from where my family and I live, Defiance Oh.  We have a niece that lives in Columbus and we vacation on Indian Lake which is only about 45 minutes from you.  Thanks for the welcome.

Not sure where Indian Lake is. I assume you are a Buckeye fan???

There's an Indian Lake northwest of Columbus but that's 45 minutes away from here, not Harrisburg.

There you can find the Tilt'n Hilton, which is a bar that was an icehouse 100+ years ago. The foundation has failed and EVERY floor is uneven.

Jerky not looking bad at 3 hours. Keeping temp around 150.
