My name is Joe. I live in the Knoxville Tennessee area. I work for a fabrication company in which I build alot of smokers and grills among other things. I have plans in the future to start my own fabrication company in which I will solely be building smokers and grills. My family and myself enjoy smoking and grilling and are looking forward to learning new tricks and getting new tips and recipes. Hopefully I in return can help someone else.
