New to forum

Greetings to all and thanks for this great forum. I live in Ohio, retired after 21 years flying fighters in the USAF and another 17 with the airlines. I have tried BBQ and various smoked concoctions all over. I smoked and canned a lot of salmon when stationed in Alaska. My experience has been limited to an upright charcoal smoker with water pan. I just purchased an electric model and so far love it and wanted to get advice from you "experts".
Looks like this forum is the place for me!

This is absolutley the best forum you can join, bar none! I like you just purchased a new electric smoker and the guys/gals on this site are so helpful. I smoked with a brinkmann for a few years and have finally moved on a bit. Check out the A-Maze-N-Smoker site, you will not be sorry! So glad I bought my AMNPS! :yahoo:
