New to Forum

Hello Everyone...I'm just getting started in the "Smokin" business...my new off-set smoker was delivered about 5 hrs.ago....and excited is an understatement!!

I live in Missouri about 25 miles north of Kansas City.

Altho, I just joined the forum today, I've been reading what all of you had to say about off-set smokers, for about a week. Which lead me to purchase the one I did.

I'm looking forward to getting lot's of great smokin tips and also looking forward to making many new friends.

Thanks for the welcome MossyMo....The off-set I bought....I'm sure you've never heard of before....It's a "Black Oak "Boss".....made in Beebe, Ark...it is a custom made unit and the craftsmanship is outstanding.....I guess it would be a 60 plus in size....I'm very excited about it.....

I posted a picture ,but I don't know if you can see it, since I just joined today.

Frm there description sounds like they make a quality product and are pretty thorough with each one they sell to ensure satisfied customers.
