So jus signed up today. My name is patrick. My profile is ba2zim. ive been cooking since I was a wee lad. And jus recently started smoking meat.. Im from denver colorado. And now live in golden colorado. Ive always had the gift of cooking. Especialy meats. If im at a bbq im normaly the one cooking. Smoking meat has brought my cooking to a whole new level. Im excited to shoot the shit with all u fellow cooks out there. So hi all. My goal is to open a new grill and pub here in golden. Im jus tired of seeing people pay hi dollar for crap food. 9$for a burger that looks and tastes like a hockey puk. Realy? Who cant cook a burger that owns a restraunt? Dry steaks for jus south of 20$ thats jus not cool. Sorry had to vent im sure u all know what im sayn.
