New to forum from RVA

I live in Richmond, Virginia, originally from Atlanta. I’ve been smoking occasionally for about 15 years. I had a Home Depot grade New Braunfels offset smoker and some great cooks on it... but it didn’t get a ton of use as a smoker because it was so hard to keep consistent temp even after lots of mods. I’m in the final stages of building an outdoor kitchen and with a new Primo oval. Doing research for that grill led me to this forum, lots of great info!
